Dennis J. Duda
(Executive Director)
   
   

Mr. Duda received his Bachelor of Arts degree in music education from Moravian College and a Masters of Music from Westminster Choir College, Princeton, New Jersey. There he concentrated on music education and choral conducting performance. While in school, his teachers included Richard Schantz, Dr. Joseph Flummerfelt, Dr. Wilhelm Ehmann, and Frauke Hasseman.

Mr. Duda’s work experience has been concentrated in the Lehigh Valley. His teaching and administrative duties include special education programs, church music leadership, and private and collegiate teaching fields. In addition, Dennis has served as music administrator for concerts/tours, programs, and music festivals while in the Music Department of Moravian College. As part of the Music Department’s team, he assisted in the creation, development, and establishment of the Moravian College Music Institute. In addition, Mr. Duda has been the Organist and Director of Music for Faith United Church of Christ, Center Valley.

Dennis resides in Lansdale with his wife, Diane, and daughters, Kristen and Lauren.

Dennis is the third Executive Director for the non-profit music education organization which was founded ‘to provide the best possible music education for all’ on November 9, 1981. Founding Director, Martha Maletz, still teaches for the school.

     
Dolores (Dolly) Czarnecki
(Office Manager)


  Dolores is a client-oriented professional with a comprehensive background in both the service and corporate environment, having worked in administrative and customer service positions with Aetna, Inc. and Air Products Chemicals, Inc. Dolly has also served her community while the owner/operator of Behringer's Bakery in Whitehall.
     
Carolyn G. Clarke (Development/Marketing Director)   Ms. Clarke is a former Vice-President, Merchandising Manager for the 76 store Hess's Department Store Chain until its closing in 1994; past co-owner of Two Gals Plus, Personal Assistants for 2 1/2 years before coming to CMS in spring of 1999 where she assumed the duties of Development Director. In Summer, 2000, additional responsibilities of Marketing Director were added. Carolyn is a member of AFP, the Lehigh Hospital Board of Associates and a Board member for The Rotary Club of Allentown West.
