Ms. DeBoeser performance includes fifteen years as 3rd Flute/Piccolo with the Allentown Symphony. Past teachers include: Dr. Frances Lapp Averitt, Sam Baron, Julius Baker, and Susan Deaver.

   
David S. Golden, Jr.

Mr. Golden is formally a member of The United States Air Force Concert Band - Washington, D.C. SMSGT Cornetist/Supervisor. As Senior Master Sergeant, Mr. Golden performed public concerts and ceremonies in the areas of Presidential Support and Department of Defense public relations musical tours in the United States and in Europe. His position also included performing ceremonial arrival duties at the Pentagon and the White House.He was promoted to assistant principal cornetist, and then assigned supervisory duties over four junior sergeants. Later in his career, he was selected to attend the Air Force Senior Noncommissioned Office Academy (Air University) in-resident supervisory course. The Camerata Brass Quintet, of which he was a member, performed a week-long public relation tour at colleges in the southeastern portion of PA. He also taught master classes in chamber ensemble performance at those locations. After retiring, Mr. Golden relocated with his family back to the Greater Lehigh Valley area. In addition to his performance career with the United States Air Force Concert Band, David has held management positions including his four years as the former Allentown Symphony Association Facilities Manager. Education: Illinois State University, Major: Trumpet Performance; Illinois State University, Major: Music Education. CMS is most pleased to welcome Mr. David S. Golden, Jr. to the faculty.

   
Henry Guzevich
(Brass)

Henry has been performing across the country as a ‘Road Musician’ since he was thirteen years of age. In addition to performance and teaching, Henry runs a recording studio. He has received three Grammy nominations with the Polka Family. On August 4, 2007, Hank was inducted into the Polka Hall of Fame. Mr. Guzevich has an associate degree in computer technology.

Teachers include Bert Lucarelli, Marc Lifschey, Ralph Gomberg, Elaine
Douvas, Fernand Gillet.

Among some of his performance experience: "Beauty and The Beast", Civic
Theatre; Municipal Band of Allentown, Principal Oboe; Marine Band of
Allentown, Principal Oboe; "Eddy Rollin Emsemble"; Newport Jazz Festival.

Mr. Rollin was woodwind teacher/conductor for the Boston Public Schools,
Boston, Mass, grades 5 - 12.

Dr. Nora Suggs

Dr. Suggs is a graduate of Houston’s Rice University and Baylor College of Medicine, with extensive private education in music and degrees in biology, English literature, medicine, and surgery. She has played in England, Canada, and Japan, and throughout the United States. Dr. Suggs is a founding member of the Lehigh Valley’s chamber music ensemble SATORI, and a regular performer of both traditional and contemporary chamber works. In addition to numerous solo performances, she is active as a teacher, recitalist, and free-lance musician, and performs on both modern and baroque flute. Dr. Suggs is on the music faculty at Bethlehem’s Moravian College, plays pennywhistles, flute, and uillean pipes with Emerald City, a Celtic/rock band, performs regularly with Two Part Invention, a classical guitar/flute duo, and is studying shakuhachi, a traditional Japanese flute.
